Thomas Jackson Zimmerman Jr

July 30, 1937 - March 8, 2022

In the care of Forbis and Dick Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Thomas Jackson (‘Jack’) Zimmerman Jr., 84, of Summerfield NC passed on to be with his mother and father on March 08, 2022. Jack was born on July 30, 1937 in Asheville NC, the son of Thomas Jackson Zimmerman Sr. and Pauline Zimmerman of Greensboro, and he has lived in Summerfield since 1973. Jack graduated from High Point University and was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Jack founded accounting firm Medical Management Services and retired as an accountant in 1997. He is survived by his loving spouse Carol O. Zimmerman, of 62 years, and sons Thomas Jackson (‘Jay’) Zimmerman III, of Reidsville and Jonathan (‘Jon’) David Zimmerman, of Summerfield and two beautiful grandchildren Kaitlyn and Jordan. Jack and Carol enjoyed traveling together, especially to Switzerland, to the Florida Keys and to Boone NC, where they had a second home. They have a fondness of their Berman cats which they have loved throughout the years.
