Ronnie Wall Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Ronnie Wall, 63, of Gibsonville, NC passed away on February 14 2021 in his home surrounded by family. Ronnie retired from Lorillard Tobacco Company in 2019 after 31 years of service. Ronnie was a committed family man and dedicated husband of forty years, a loving father to his girls, and PaPa to his grandchildren. Ronnie cared deeply for his family and friends; a day didn’t go by that he didn’t speak to his girls or his sisters over the phone. Ronnie’s hobbies included walking Topsail Beach hunting for shark’s teeth to add to his collection, golfing, and being an avid NC Tarheels and Baltimore Orioles fan. His passion was softball; whether playing the game or coaching, he loved being on the field and made an impact to many as a mentor over the years. Ronnie was a member of Compassion Church in Axton VA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Dorothy Wall. Survivors include his wife Tanya (T) Wall; daughters Nikki (Scott) Cox of Madison, Hannah (Curtis) Humphrey of Lexington; grandchildren Colton, Mason, Conner, and Kaygan; sisters Judy (Bill) Seawell of Reidsville, Ann (Gary) Robertson of Axton, VA, Linda (Tommy) Parham of McLeansville, and Wanda (Jerry) Small of Burlington. A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Friday February 19, 2021 at Urgent Church in McLeansville. Interment will immediately follow at Bethel Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday February 18th 6:30-8:30 PM at the Church. COVID restrictions will be observed.
