Patsy Fogleman Nelson

November 26, 1933 - June 19, 2022

Patsy Lou Fogleman Nelson, age 88, passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2022 at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro. She was born on November 26, 1933 to the late Walter Jay Fogleman and Lucille Kirkman Fogleman in Guilford County, NC. She was married for over 50 years to the late Bernie Lee Nelson. She was one of 12 sisters and one brother. Ms. Nelson was a friend to many people and a very sweet lady. She loved to “Shag Dance”, going to the beach, and loved meeting people. She also loved going to Harbor Inn Restaurant in Burlington, and Stamey’s BBQ. She would give you the coat off her back. Ms. Nelson loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a member of Alamance Presbyterian Church. She worked at AMP in Greensboro. Her Funeral service will be 11:00am Monday June 27, 2022 at Alamance Presbyterian Church in Greensboro. Her visitation will be Sunday evening June 26, 2022 from 6:30 till 8:00pm at Forbis & Dick, Pleasant Garden Chapel in Pleasant Garden. She will be interred at Alamance Presbyterian Church Cemetery following the service in the church. Forbis & Dick, Pleasant Garden Chapel is honored to serve the Nelson Family.
