Cynthia McCloud Webb

WOODLEAF - Mrs. Cynthia McCloud Webb, 61, of Fourth Creek Drive, died Friday, January 28, 2022, at her home. She was born on May 1, 1960, in Rowan County, to the late Remal Jerry and Dorothy Pauline Myers McCloud. Cindy touched the lives of many children and families as a beloved childcare worker in Rowan County. She loved camping, fishing, genealogy, geocaching and kayaking and teaching her grandbabies about the great outdoors. She was a proud member of the United Daughters of the Confederacy and was a long time Girl Scouts leader. Of all her interests and dedications, Cindy was most known for her faith in Christ. Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Robert Webb; two children, Levi Webb of Atlanta, Georgia and Joanne Brown (Terry) of Salisbury; two grandchildren, whom she cherished dearly, Aubree Jarrell and Elias Brown; siblings, Kathy Webb (Ron) of Salisbury and Mark McCloud of Woodleaf; her father-in-law, Bobby Webb of Salisbury; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m., Wednesday, February 2, at Eaton Funeral Chapel in Mocksville with Rev. Greg McEwen officiating.
