MOCKSVILLE—Mr. Cecil Gray Angell, 79, of NC Hwy 801 S., passed away Monday, January 31, 2022, at his home. A funeral service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday, February 5, at Fulton United Methodist Church with Rev. Dustin James officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with military honors.
